At the recent National Association of Farm Broadcasting (NAFB) convention in Kansas City, a large delegation of attendees shuttled over to the KCBT to watch the opening of trade for the day and to hear from CEO Jeff Borchardt. Jeff gave us a positive outlook about activities at the KCBT.
You can listen to the comments made by Borchardt and scroll down a little farther and see the pictures of some farm broadcasters backing him into a corner with our only weapon...a microphone.
Listen to his most interesting comments that range from volatile markets to keeping open outcry at the Board to the suggestion that farmers need to be more pro-active in their marketing.
